Imperial PFS Leadership
Frank joined Imperial PFS in 2019 and serves as the CEO and President. His extensive financial experience comes from more than 40 years at Deloitte where he served as Interim CEO, COO, CFO, and, most recently, Global Chief Operations Officer. Frank has a BS degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
Bryan is responsible for accounting, regulatory and compliance. He has held this position since 2004. Prior positions with PFS have included Senior Vice President and Vice President of Finance and Controller. Bryan joined PFS in 1990. Previously, he was a principal in an insurance agency. Bryan has a BS from Kansas State University.
Jason is responsible for US operations and sales. His prior positions with IPFS have included Regional Operations Manager, District Operations Manager, and Branch Manager. Jason joined IPFS through our Leadership Development Program in 2011. Jason has a B.S. in Business/Corporate Communications and a minor in Leadership from the University of Kansas.
Jack is responsible for overseeing all national sales activities and driving growth through traditional and new distribution channels Jack joined IPFS’s leadership development program in March 2010. Prior positions at IPFS include Chicago Branch Manager and Central Region Operations Manager, and Vice President of Corporate Development. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
Herb is responsible for overseeing Credit, Insurance Company Management, Product Management, Project Management and Marketing. Herb joined IPFS in 2001. His prior positions with IPFS have included Branch Manager in Buffalo, New York, Senior Manager of California Sales and Operations, SVP of Operations and Credit and SVP of National Sales. Before joining IPFS, he held management positions at Transamerica Insurance Finance Corp. and HSBC. Herb has a BS from Boston University.
Pete manages both the daily activities and long term strategies of the IPFS technology platform. Pete joined the company in 2018 and has over 25 years of experience in technology leadership. Pete holds an MBA from Drake University and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
Paul oversees Canadian operations and has key Customer responsibilities. Previously Paul was Chief Operating Officer and oversaw the day-to-day operations, sales and marketing of the organization. Paul was President of AIGCC until 2010. Other positions with AIGCC included COO and National Sales Manager. He joined AIGCC in 1985. Paul has an MBA from Cornell University and a BS from the University of Delaware.
Josh oversees IPFS’s legal affairs, litigation recovery, and human resources. Josh joined IPFS in 2016. Prior to joining IPFS, he spent 8 years in private practice focusing on litigation, and then five years at H&R Block, most recently as Assistant General Counsel. Josh received his BA from the University of Northern Iowa and received his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.
Scott is responsible for data analytics with focus on enhancing analysis, reporting and profitability. Scott joined IPFS’s leadership development program in 1993 and since that time he has held increasing levels of responsibility, including branch manager of IPFS’s Columbia, South Carolina office, regional manager of IPFS’s mid-Atlantic region and SVP of National Operations. Scott is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
Ryan is responsible for branch and sales operations in the West Region. He joined the company in 2008 through the Leadership Development Program. Previous positions included Account Executive (South Carolina), Sales Executive (North Carolina & East Tennessee), Branch Manager (Columbia, South Carolina), and Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest and Northwest Regions. Ryan has a BS in Psychology and a BS in Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
Linda is responsible for branch and sales operations in the Central Region. She joined IPFS in 1989 in the Austin branch and held the positions of Office Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Operations Manager.
Antero is responsible for branch and sales operations in the Northeast Region. He joined the company in 2007 as an Operations Coordinator. Other held positions include Sales Associate, Account Executive, Leadership Development Associate, Branch Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. Antero has a BS from the University of Scranton.
Lee is responsible for branch and sales operations in the South Region. He joined the company in 2017 as a Regional Sales Manager. Lee’s premium finance career started in 2003 as an Associate Account Manager, other positions held include Sales Executive, District Sales Manager & Regional Sales Manager.
